My VPN users that have a hardware VPN (Sonicwall back to our Sonicwall) device at their home have zero issues on softphone but my users that have a IPsec software VPN CONTINOUSLY have issues. Their phones will connect back to the server but don't change to softphone.

Jul 06, 2010 · Mark, The 10.1.xxx.xxx and the 192.168.xxx.xxx local subnet are probably confusing the softphone or WIndows. You may need to add a route statement to Windows to point all traffic on the 10 net to the VPN network conection as well (very typical of things like OpenVPN).
